What the programme is
A structured process, not a single form
The legalisation programme covers the practical steps an organisation needs to complete so that its vehicles carry an approved tracking device and are properly registered as such.
Requirements and procedures for vehicle tracking legalisation are set by the relevant Egyptian authorities and can change over time. ETIT does not set these requirements; it supports fleet operators in meeting them by supplying approved equipment, carrying out installation and helping assemble the documentation the process requires.

ETIT reviews your vehicle list to identify which units are likely to require tracking devices and registration.

Approved devices are installed and commissioned at an ETIT installation centre or at your premises, depending on fleet size.

A current list of vehicles including registration details, category and current tracking status, if any. Details of where vehicles are based, so installation visits or centre bookings can be planned efficiently. A named contact within your organisation who can coordinate installation scheduling and gather any documentation the process requires.
