A fleet management deployment is not just fitting a box behind the dashboard. ETIT starts by surveying the fleet itself: vehicle types, wiring conditions, depot locations, driver turnover and the reporting your managers actually need, rather than a generic feature list. The design that follows specifies device type, install method and platform configuration per vehicle class, so a haulage tractor, a delivery van and a construction plant unit are treated differently rather than identically.
Installation is carried out by ETIT-trained technicians through a network of installation centres, which matters in a country where fleets are dispersed across governorates and downtime for installation has a real operational cost. Devices are commissioned and tested on-site, not shipped out and left to the customer to fit. Once live, vehicles report position, speed, ignition state, fuel level (where supported) and driver events to the fleet platform in near real time.
What separates a working fleet solution from a pile of installed hardware is what happens after go-live.
